Consider "The Civil Rights Movement in Tennessee: A Narrative History," by Bobby Lovett, a historian and educator at TSU, which was published in 2005. He has several other Nashville-centric books.
And historian Carole Bucy wrote a history of the YWCA of Nashville, 1898 - 1998, "Women Helping Women."
I have read and enjoyed several of those, including yours. There is a lot of talent in that group of authors. I’ve always wanted Kirk Loggins to write a book. It would be a dandy.
The secrets of the Hopewell box
How about "Strong Inside", by Andrew Maraniss?
Now added. Thanks, Ralph!
