Along with the ugly spectacles in DC that you mentioned: the paving of the Rose Garden, too much gold inside the White House, & the slime green Reflecting Pool-costing taxpayers $16,000,000.

America has ALWAYS been great…for 250 years! But before this President & his cult followers took over, we were definitely better off & happier. 🇺🇸

Thank You Keel, I needed you take on our 250th Celebration of our Independence! This weekend brought back memories for me as well, it was my first year at Loews Hotels while going to school in New York City. Last night I enjoyed the scenes from NYC in TV as it brought back Wonderful memories of the Tall Ships and a Nation more United.

Your point is well taken, we have been in difficult times before and have persevered. As we will once this Orange Monster is no longer calling the shots. We must continue to encourage eligible votes to vote in November, so that we can prevent further damage. Thanks Again Keel, I feel better now! 👍

It was nice to see different wonderful locations in America that brought us joy! Disney did a good job. Thank you for posting positive words to lift us up! Heaven know we need it. Hugs!

Heather Cox Richardson reasons that the Iranian war loss and accompanying loss of control of the Strait of Hormuz has elevated consideration for renewable energy. An interesting and optimistic take.

Keel: Thanks for allowing me to comment on this article. It is remarkable the direction you take some information. You start with ugly spectacles at the White House...cage matches. As you know (you should), the UFC is a global multi billion (with a B) sports enterprise. Very respected. Let's compare to the past history of ugly spectacles...JFK and women at the White House...a young women under the desk of Clinton...how about that white powder found during Biden's time...Keel, do you think Lucy Rutherfurd entertained FDR when the first lady was visiting the coal mines. Keel, I know the the UFC is not your cup of tea but it is a big interest to many. It is amazing how a guy for East Nashville becomes the spokesman for etiquette.

Gerald Ford a decent man. He was a member of the Warren Commission. That is when credibility left the building. I forget history tells us that Oswald was the lone gunman.
